Just learning ! I am taking classes to be able to work with Paint Shop Pro and I am also going to college for Internet and Website development. I still have a year to go, but when I am done I will be able to create my own forum, websites, or even e-commerce sites.

You need PaintShop Pro any version ( I have 9) and Animation Shop (comes in together with Paintshop) and a couple of glitter backgrounds/patterns I can teach you if you want.
